Volvo has announced that three of its cars will now come in a new variant for 2012 - the T5 Lifestyle. The Volvo C30 hatchback, Volvo S40 sedan and Volvo V50 wagon will all be available to upgrade to the new package, which sees many additional extras.
The T5 Lifestyle option offers diamond-cut alloy wheels, electrically-adjustable driver's seat, leather trim, Active Bending Lights (ABL), headlight washers, rain-sensing wipers and a rear-seat centre armrest as standard. There is also a memory function for the powered driver's seat in the Volvo S40 and Volvo V50.
All three Volvo models will now feature standard reverse parking sensors and High Performance audio system, with the sedan and wagon also adding retractable external mirrors and an auto-dimming internal rear-view mirror to the list of features. Bluetooth will also now stream audio from an external source.
In addition, the cars are available in new colours, including Hello Yellow and Caspian Blue.
The Volvo XC70 received a similar update.
The wagon-like SUV now offers a Teknik bundle, comprising of satnav, Blind Spot Information System (BLIS), Active Bending Lights (ABL) and electrically-adjustable front-passenger's seat.
Another option now available for the Volvo XC70 is City Safety - packaging together Driver Control Interface, Adaptive Cruise Control/Full Auto Brake, pedestrian detection and Queue Assist.
